1. Scope of Application

The following General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed through our online shop. Our online shop is exclusively aimed at consumers.

A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a legal partnership that acts in the exercise of its commercial or self-employed professional activity when concluding a legal transaction.

2. Contracting Party, Conclusion of Contract, Correction Options

The purchase contract is concluded with eTronicStore.

By placing products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. You can initially place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction aids provided and explained for this purpose during the ordering process. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the goods contained in the shopping cart by clicking the order button. Immediately after sending the order, you will receive another confirmation by e-mail.

To improve interaction with our visitors, we use a JavaScript plugin from uptain GmbH ("uptain plugin" https://www.uptain.de). This allows us to analyze your use of the website and improve customer communication (e.g., through a dialog box). For this purpose, we collect information about your usage behavior, i.e., cursor movement, dwell time, clicked links, and any information provided. The legal basis for processing is our legitimate interest in direct marketing and the provision of our website (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR). uptain GmbH is strictly bound by our instructions as a processor. The collected information will not be passed on to third parties unless we are legally obliged to do so. If the information collected by the uptain plugin contains personal data, it will be deleted immediately after your visit to our website.

We save the contract text and send you the order data and our General Terms and Conditions in text form. For security reasons, the contract text is no longer accessible via the internet.

4. Delivery Conditions

In addition to the stated product prices, shipping costs may apply. You can find more detailed information on any applicable shipping costs in the offers.

We only deliver via shipping. Unfortunately, self-collection of the goods is not possible.

5. Payment

The following payment methods are generally available in our shop:

Prepayment
If you choose the prepayment payment method, we will provide you with our bank details in a separate e-mail and deliver the goods after receipt of payment.

PayPal
In cooperation with the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A, 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg ("PayPal"), we offer you the following payment options as PayPal Services. Unless otherwise stipulated below, payment via PayPal does not require registration with PayPal. Further information can be found with the respective payment option and in the ordering process.

PayPal, PayPal Express
To pay the invoice amount via the PayPal payment option, you must be registered with PayPal, authenticate yourself with your access data, and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction is carried out by PayPal immediately after placing the order.

PayPal may offer additional payment methods in the customer account to registered PayPal customers selected according to its own criteria. However, we have no influence on the offering of these modalities; further individually offered payment methods concern your legal relationship with PayPal. Purchase on account via PayPal and Ratepay
Purchase on account via PayPal requires an address and credit check and is carried out directly with Ratepay GmbH, Franklinstraße 28-29, 10587 Berlin ("Ratepay").

To pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider Sofort GmbH, Theresienhöhe 12, 80339 Munich, you must have a bank account enabled for online banking, authenticate yourself accordingly, and confirm the payment instruction. giropay / paydirekt
In cooperation with the payment service provider paydirekt GmbH, Stephanstr. 14-16, 60313 Frankfurt a. M ("giropay" or "paydirekt"), we offer the payment methods giropay and paydirekt.

6. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

7. Transport Damage

If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please complain about such defects to the deliverer as soon as possible and contact us immediately. Failure to complain or contact us has no consequences for your legal claims and their enforcement, especially your warranty rights. However, you help us to assert our own claims against the carrier or the transport insurance.

8. Warranty and Guarantees

8.1 Liability for Defects

The statutory liability for defects applies.

8.2 Guarantees and Customer Service

Information on any applicable additional guarantees and their exact conditions can be found with the product and on special information pages in the online shop.

9. Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (OS), which you can find  here . We are not obliged and not willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.

10. Changes to Service and Activation Fees

The provider reserves the right to adjust service and/or activation fees at any time. The amount of these fees is subject to daily fluctuations and depends on current operational, technical, or market conditions.

No separate written or electronic announcement of fee changes will be made to customers or end-users. Only the fee displayed on the website at the time of order or service utilization is decisive.

Confirmed and completed orders remain unaffected by subsequent fee changes, unless otherwise required by law.
