Delivery of Digital Goods

For security reasons and to prevent fraud, we are obligated to request identification for orders of digital goods. Identification is only required once for the first order. After the verification process, no further checks will be conducted.

You will receive a separate email after placing your order. Once the goods (code) have been sent by email, they are excluded from exchange or return!

PayPal Payments*:
Monday to Sunday after successful identification.

Klarna Payments*:

Your order will be shipped by email (after successful identification) Monday to Sunday within 12 hours.

*Please note any differing delivery times in the article.

We use the email address from the shipping address for delivery.

Unless a different deadline is specified in the respective offer/article or shopping cart, the delivery of goods in Germany will take place as described above (depending on availability) after the conclusion of the contract (for agreed prepayment, after the time of your payment instruction).

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the delivery time will be determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

No delivery is currently made abroad.

Shipping Costs / Service Fee

For shipping within Germany, we charge a flat-rate service fee per order. Free shipping - the top-up code/voucher code will be sent by email.

The service fee after a successful order cannot be refunded if the order is cancelled. Only the amount of the goods without the fee will be transferred.
